Dropped - Ormonde Offshore Wind Farm

MPI Adventure jacked up along-side Ormonde B01. 3 x 61m turbine blades weighing 126 tonnes & Blade clamping tool 3000-3100kg. The items are in the water adjacent to vessel in proimity to WTG B01. Debris has fractured off from one blade and potential to reach shore. Glass fibre fragments and part of blade. MPI Adventure is still on site, objects in close proximity to WTG B01 therefore unlikely that other vessels will stray into area. Arrangements for deployment of marker buoys are ongoing.

Please be advised that all main lay works have been completed for the Scylla subsea cable project. Localised rock berms were deployed at each of the five cable and pipeline crossings. Where rock berm “start” is indicative of the Westernmost point and “end” indicative of the Easternmost point. The maximum width of the rock berms at time of lay does not exceed 30m.

Geophysical Surveys - ICENI (BT) Proposed Cable

A-2-Sea Solutions Ltd will be carrying out a geophysical and environmental survey in relation to the ICENI (BT) cable system.Survey areas are located between 8m LAT to 50m LAT(inshore of 60nm).The survey vessel,Cerys Line,will be towing equipment up to 100m astern from 13th October until 22nd December 2021.The vessel will maintain a navigation watch throughout survey operations. Appropriate signs and shapes will be displayed.Mariners are advised to proceed with caution during survey operations.

Pre Lay Grapnel Run - Carnoustie, Angus

On behalf of Seagreen Wind Energy Ltd, Nexans AS will conduct pre lay grapnel runs along each of the three export cable routes between the cable landfall site at Carnoustie, Angus and the offshore sub-station platform location within the Seagreen site boundary. The PLGR vessel, Havila Phoenix is expected at site on or around the 16th of October with operations expected to be completed within six days weather conditions permitting.

Abandonment operations - Belinda

Well abandonment and wellhead severance operations at Belinda. The Maersk Forza will undertake well abandonment and wellhead severance operations at the Belinda 21/30-27 well in the Central North Sea. The work will be completed in two parts the first of which will commence around 15th October. The vessel will leave the field and return to complete the wellhead severance later in the month.
